Resep kali ini akan dibahas makanan khas Semarang yaitu Lumpia. Sering kita temui berbagai jenis lumpia dengan varian isinya. Nah, berbeda dengan Lumpia Khas Semarang yang memiliki ciri khas untuk makanan ini. Salah satunya saus dari lumpia ini.

Lumpia adalah camilan yang disukai oleh semua kalangan masyarakat. Cara pembuatannya juga mudah dan tidak membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Lumpia ini menjadi jajanan yang banyak dijajakan di semarang. Berikut adalah resep masakan indonesia yaitu resep membuat lumpia khas semarang.

Waktu Persiapan

Bahan-bahan Lumpia Khas Semarang:

  • 10 lembar kulit lumpia
  • 2 sendok makan tepung terigu dan 1 sendok makan air, dilarutkan untuk perekat
  • minyak untuk menggoreng
  • 3 siung bawang putih, dicincang halus
  • 2 sendok teh ebi sangrai, dihaluskan
  • 100 gram udang kupas, dicincang kasar
  • 2 butir telur, dikocok lepas
  • 200 gram rebung kaleng, diiris korek api
  • 1/2 sendok makan saus tiram
  • 1 sendok makan kecap manis
  • 3/4 sendok teh garam
  • 1/4 sendok teh merica bubuk
  • 1/4 sendok teh gula pasir
  • 2 sendok makan minyak untuk menumis

Bahan-bahan Saus Lumpia:

  • 1 siung bawang putih, dihaluskan
  • 300 ml air
  • 50 gram gula merah, disisir halus
  • 25 gram gula pasir
  • 1 sendok makan tepung sagu dan 2 sendok teh air, dilarutkan untuk pengental

Cara Membuat Lumpia Khas Semarang:

  1. Isi wajan dengan minyak goreng,kemudian panaskan minyak. Lalu Tumis bawang putih dan juga ebi sampai harum. Lalu tambahkan udang.  Dan aduk sampai berubah warna.
  2. Kemudian Sisihkan di pinggir wajan.Lalu Masukkan telur. Aduk sampai berbutir. Tambahkan rebung. Kemudian  aduk sampai layu.
  3. setelah itu Masukkan saus tiram, kecap manis, garam, merica bubuk, dan juga gula pasir. lalu aduk sampai meresap.
  4. Kemudian Ambil selembar kulit lumpia. Beri isi. dan lipat serta gulung. Rekatkan dengan menggunakan larutan tepung terigu. Kemudian goreng dalam minyak yang sudah dipanaskan sampai matang.
  5. Saus, rebus bawang putih dan air sampai mendidih. Kemudian masukkan gula merah, dan juga gula pasir. Aduk sampai larut. Setelah itu kentalkan dengan larutan tepung sagu. Aduk sampai meletup-letup.
  6. Sajikan lumpia bersama saus dan besama dengan bumbu pelengkap.
