Bahan-bahan Bacon Cinnamon Rolls:

ADONAN

  • 2 cangkir susu murni, hangat (480 mL)
  • ½ cangkir gula pasir (100 g)
  • 1 batang mentega tawar, dilelehkan
  • 2 ¼ sendok teh ragi kering aktif
  • 5 cangkir tepung terigu (625 g)
  • 1 sdt baking powder
  • 2 sendok teh garam halal
  • 1 sendok makan mentega tawar, lunak, untuk melumasi wajan

  • ¾ gelas gula merah muda (165 g)
  • 1 ½ batang mentega tawar, dioleskan
  • 2 sendok makan bubuk kayu manis
  • 14 strip bacon dimasak

LAPISAN GULA

  • Keju krim 4 ons, potong dadu dan lunak (115 g)

Cara Membuat Bacon Cinnamon Rolls:

  1. Buat adonan: Dalam mangkuk besar, kocok susu hangat, gula pasir, dan mentega cair. Campuran harus hangat, antara 100-110 ° F (37-43 ° C). Jika ada yang lebih hangat, biarkan agak dingin.
  2. Taburkan ragi secara merata di atas campuran susu, kocok untuk dimasukkan, dan diamkan di tempat yang hangat selama sekitar 10 menit, sampai berbusa.

  14. Panaskan terlebih dulu oven ke 350 ° F (180 ° C).
  15. Panggang gulungan kayu manis selama 35–40 menit, sampai berwarna cokelat keemasan dan matang. Angkat dari oven dan biarkan dingin selama sekitar 10 menit.
